30 or 45 minute sessions.

Great option if you want the benefits of one to one coaching at a more affordable rate

Train in pairs and split the cost or be added to a preselected group of like-minded people with similar goals.

Limited to 4 people - so you will still get a lot of one to one time with your coach.

Benefit from a sense of community.

Female only groups available.

60 minute sessions.
