I have several years’ experience treating a range of injuries. Whilst I tailor what’s right for each client, some methods include:

  • Hyperice Hypervolt 2 massage guns, Normatec compression technology for legs and hips and vibrating foam rollers.

  • Resistance band and strength training

  • PNF stretching techniques

  • Sports massage therapy

Whether you have limited range of movement, have recently had an operation or want to avoid injury or issues such as arthritis - injury rehabilitation training will be beneficial.

Rebuilding strength and mobility can be challenging but with help from an experienced and knowledgeable coach, it is achievable.

Strengthening the muscles that stabilise the joint is critical in injury rehabilitation and prevention.

I was getting pain in my shoulder so I mentioned it to Rae during one of our PT sessions. She gave me some stretches and exercises to do, then used the massage gun. The next day the pain had eased. I later saw a physio and they recommended all the same stretches and exercises that Rae had suggested!

It can also help prevent injuries and promote relaxation by reducing perceived stress and pain.
