about me
I’m Rae, a sports massage therapist and fitness coach and I’ve worked in the fitness industry for 10 years.
I tailor my coaching to help women and the LGBTQ+ community on their fitness journey.
Training is integral to my gender identity and helped me rebuild my relationship with my own body post-pregnancy.
Low confidence or not conforming to gender norms is often a barrier to people’s access to training and I want to change that.
I believe everyone should have access to fitness, and not fear being judged, othered, misgendered or abused.
I want to create a sense of community by providing an inclusive, judgement-free space for you to train in.

Sessions are delivered at the Waterside Hotel & Leisure Club
No gym membership required, access to a ladies only gym available
For a fully immersive leisure club experience, including gym, pool, spa and restaurant - memberships are available

in the home
Sessions delivered at your home - all equipment is provided and minimal space is required
Ideal if you work from home, are short on time or don’t like a gym environment but still want to workout

in the workplace
Corporate packages available for employers who want to improve staff wellbeing, health and fitness through physical activity
All equipment provided, but not necessary

Pre Natal Coaching
I started coaching with Rae because I wanted to improve my core strength after my first baby. I am now expecting my second child and have continued to train throughout my pregnancy, under Rae's guidance. She adapts the sessions to work around how I am feeling and what I am capable of at any given time. She listens but doesn't push me beyond my limits to ensure that I get the most out of our sessions.

Injury Rehabilitation
I had a full knee replacement 8 months ago and was advised to do some strength training as injury rehabilitation. Rae has helped me to walk with less of a limp and regain full movement in my operated leg. During the time that I've been training with Rae I have seen lots of improvements with my balance and coordination, my gait and overall strength. I am able to ski again after 4 years of not being able to.
